The Patron Saint of…..Murder?!

Stories…. fairy tales…myths, all are forms of art, and all hold forms of truth. They can take all shapes and sizes, from music to poetry, to pictures, and both verbal and written narratives. However, regardless of whether it be fiction or fact. Stories hold a strong degree of power. They are able to spark more creativity and bring out raw emotions. Anger, love, passion, inspiration, curiosity, despair, and hope, these are just a few emotions that take form just by engaging in an interesting story. Each story we compose shapes the world around us, history is a prime example of this. Stories really have the power to change the world, but whether it is for the good of us all or for the worse of us all is still anyone’s guess. Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Mr.X, and today I have a story to share with you all. Hopefully, this story will also aid in changing the world. For all you know……. it might just change…. you. So, without further adieu, let us begin this interesting narrative.

Twas the night before Christmas…

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. Except for one sulky scrooge on this Christmas eve. Who was this bitter soul, you may ask? Well it was none other than our enigmatic and acerbic persona, Mr.X. This year seems to be the same as any other except for the extreme lack of snow. You’d think that bother most as plenty would prefer to have a white Christmas, but not Mr.X. No, Mr.X seems to be quite pleased at the lack of snow this year, as in that is the only thing he is pleased about since he doesn’t need to break his back shoveling…… Once again Mr.X is suffering from his greatest enemy, Boredom. Yes, while everyone is enjoying the holidays with their family in full merriment and cheerful joy with love and care. Mr.X alone sulks as he finds those examples of Yuletide caring and apparent peace to be quite…dreadful. To make matters worse, he is without a cup of eggnog this year, making him unable to drown himself in a sweet sugary solace. Do not misunderstand, Mr.X doesn’t hate the holidays, anymore that is. In his earlier years he would full blown despise it all, from the Christmas music to the absurd traffic and the ridiculously busy stores among other personal issues. However, now he is completely indifferent toward the holiday season, though he now founds the holidays to be a gigantic bore. No bad guys to banish, no villains to vanquish, no dragons to slay, no mystery to solve. (more…)

Farewell my Friend, You be greatly missed, Sparky..

Hello there everyone, your enigmatic narrator has returned to once again to delight you with a tale. Before that, I would like to humbly apologize for skipping my monthly appointment in July. It was very rude of me to disappear without any reason, but Summer Boredom/Madness was starting to seriously irritate me. In addition to the fact I was reading several books to keep myself entertained. Thus making it almost impossible to write. Even now with back to school season setting in, I’m it would seem that my distaste for the coming seasons continues to grow. With no jobs or cases of any sort to fill my lust for adventure. However, I digress from this insignificant twaddle. It is with a great sadness that this tale I bring you is by no means a happy one. Ladies and Gentlemen, I, Mr. X, bring this tale with the pain of loss. The loss of a Beloved Friend and a Cherished Family member, so let us begin…. (more…)
